The testing selected is perfect for automobile engines and transmissions. Of course, the kit allows for sampling of diesel trucks, motor homes, tractors and/or boats and the same testing applies. If taking oil samples at scheduled oil change intervals, all you need is the basic OAK. Sampling pumps to draw samples from the dipstick are not required. If taking the sample through the dipstick, a sample pump and tubing should be ordered. You can go to the How to Sample Instructions, if you need instructions.
